Who this agreement covers

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Kewdale (WA) Maintenance Trades - Mechanical and Electrical. 4 classification levels. Rates effective 14 Aug 2025 (6% applied), with scheduled increases 3% May 2026, 3% May 2027, 4% Nov 2027. Shift structure: encoded the 5-day 8-hour rotation (afternoon 15%, night 30%). The 24/7 and 24/5 12-hour rotations have uniform loadings (30% and 15% respectively) and a flat 1.8x overtime rate - see clause 2.7-2.8 for those roster types. Sunday worked: 2x. Public holiday worked: 2.5x. 17.5% leave loading on annual leave taken.
