Shift loadings: 15% afternoon, 30% night. Overtime 1.5x first 2 hrs, 2x thereafter, 2.5x Sunday/public holiday. Rates effective 15 Aug 2025 (4.5% applied); scheduled increases 3.5% Aug 2026, 2% Aug 2027, 2% Mar 2028.
