This page lists the pay rates in the Coles Group enterprise agreement (AE524516). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. The rates below are the agreement minimums; overtime, penalties and allowances can lift what you actually take home.
Coles Retail Enterprise Agreement 2024 covers approximately 100,000 team members across Coles Supermarkets and Liquorland. Six classification levels (Team Member 1 to 6, including supervisors and trades). Penalty rates apply to late-night, weekend, and public-holiday work; overtime starts at 150% Mon-Sat. Base rates are indexed to the General Retail Industry Award Level 1 AWR each 1 July. Casual loading 25% (additive on top of penalty rates).

Full-time pay runs from $1,079.96 per week ($28.42 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,209.92 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
