Greenfields agreement for five Melbourne road projects: Monash Freeway Stage 2, M80 Northern, M80 Western, Northern Roads Upgrade, South Eastern Roads Upgrade. 36-hr ordinary week. Stands alone (excludes Building & Construction Award 2010). Indexation track ends 1 Jul 2024 — rates frozen at that floor until replaced (nominal expiry passed 24 Mar 2024). Site allowance tiered by project value ($2.65-$5.75/hr), CPI-adjusted annually. Casual minimum 8 hrs per engagement.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,962.36 per week ($54.51 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,353.68 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
