Single rate schedule covering Production (Grades 1A through 3A), Engineering/Maintenance (Grades 4A through 5A), and Distribution Centre (uses Grades 1A through 2A). 14 classifications. 38hr/wk avg. Day workers 6am-6pm M-F; non-continuous shift (afternoon +17.5%, night +30%); continuous 12-hr shift (+25% M-F nights). NSW penalties: Sat 150, Sun 200, PH 250, Christmas Day 300.
