Curtin University's Early Learning Centre childcare workforce in Bentley WA. 25 classifications across Early Learning Centre Employee Level 1 (Cert III trainee through Level 6 Associate Director, with sub-levels 3A and 4A for room leaders), plus Support Worker Level 1 (Kitchen Assistant) and Level 2 (Cook), plus Administrative Employee (Reception/Clerical). Underpinned by Children's Services Award 2010 (MA000120). Year-stepped salary table (Year 2 = FFPP from 30/06/2025 +3.5% encoded). 37.5 hr/wk ordinary, Mon-Fri 6:30am-6:30pm, max 7.5 hrs/day.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $999.08 per week ($26.64 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,266.06 per week at the top, across 25 classifications. A few examples:
