Who this agreement covers

Decon Industries Vic electrical contracting EBA - Victorian operations only. Three operational Parts: Part A Service/Maintenance/Installation, Part B Construction (incl. Metal Engineering and Major Infrastructure), Part C Country & Cottage. 36hr ordinary week, 10-day/2-week cycle with RDO. Gross all-purpose wage rates absorb industry allowance + tool allowance + A-class licence allowance for EW5+. Underpins Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (Sch 1). Casual 20% all-purpose (30% after 8wks/6mo; 25% for Latrobe Valley Power Industry sites casuals).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $939.42 per week ($26.10 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,325.04 per week at the top, across 112 classifications. A few examples:
