AMWU is a covered bargaining representative (decision para [2]). 23 distinct hourly pay points across the Manufacturing Award C-stream from C13 (Engineering/Production Employee L2) up to C2(b) (Principal Technical Officer). Rates from wage table column 'first full pay period on or after 30 June 2025' (current).

Full-time pay runs from $1,008.17 per week ($26.53 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,707.89 per week at the top, across 21 classifications. A few examples:
