Rates from Schedule 4 '1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026' column. Next increase 1 July 2026 (greater of 3% or SRS indexation). 38-hr week (non-teachers). Casual loading 25%. OT Mon-Sat 150% first 3hrs / 200%; Sun 200%; PH 250%.
