Healius/Dorevitch Pathology Scientists and Technician Employees EA 2023-2027 covers pathology lab scientists and medical laboratory technicians at Dorevitch (Healius) Victorian laboratories. 32 pay points: Medical Scientists G1 Y1-7, G2 Y1-4, G3 Y1-4, G4 Y1-4, G4 Thereafter (20); Technicians G1 Y1-8, G2 Y1-4 (12). Rates from Appendix A '2nd Anniversary' (applied 17 July 2025). Next +2.5% on 3rd Anniversary (17 July 2026). 38-hr week, 25% casual loading. Sat/Sun ordinary 150%; Sat/Sun OT 200%. PH 150% (lower than typical health).
