Downer EDI Works Pty Ltd -- minor road construction, pavement rehabilitation and stabilising work throughout Victoria. 6 Appendix A classifications (Level 1 New Entrant through Foreman). 38 hrs/wk Mon-Fri, 19-day RDO cycle (24 min/day accrual). Appendix B (Major Projects > $5M) uses 36 hrs/wk and different flat all-in rates -- NOT encoded here. Rates from FFPPOA 01 January 2025 column (current as at 2026-06-11). OT: T1.5 first 2 hrs, T2.0 thereafter (Mon-Fri); Saturday: T1.5 to 12pm then T2.0, T2.5 on Saturday after Good Friday; Sunday: T2.0; PH: T2.5.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,214.48 per week ($31.96 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,743.06 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
