Single-enterprise agreement covering Production and Quality Control employees at the Dulux Acratex site, 1 Jeanes Street, Beverley, South Australia - the specialty render and texture coatings line of DuluxGroup. Replaces the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (comprehensive agreement, clause 5) and the Dulux Acratex South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2022. 35-hour ordinary week, Mon-Fri, span 6am-6pm. Two pay tables: Production Operator (Trainee + L1-L4 + Team Leader L1-L3) and QC Technician (Trainee + L1-L4, applies where the employee works >1 day per week as a routine production tester).

Full-time pay runs from $1,357.45 per week ($38.78 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,932.00 per week at the top, across 13 classifications. A few examples:
