Earth Construction Commercial's Victorian on-site earthmoving, excavation and drainage subcontractor workforce under the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) Subcontractors Earthmoving, Excavation and Drainage template. 12 classifications across full Plant Operator ladder (PCW1-PCW7), slimmed Trades (CW3 Carpenter/Joiner; CW4 Marker/Setter Out), Labourers (CW1/2/3 Grade 3/2/1 - Labourer/Concrete Finisher/Electrical Spotter/Dogman), plus a Carpenter/Joiner apprentice ladder (5 steps). Rates inclusive of Base Rate, Follow-the-Job Loading, Industry Allowance and Tool Allowance.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $837.60 per week ($23.27 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,480.76 per week at the top, across 17 classifications. A few examples:

Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
30 allowances (for example Multi-Storey Allowance (16th - 30th floor), Major Events Allowance, Site Allowance - Renovation/Refurbishment City of Melbourne ($5.7m-$289.1m)).
