Who this agreement covers

Ensign Services (trading as Linen Services Australia) Murdoch (WA) maintenance crew agreement. Covers MAINTENANCE staff only (Fitters, Electricians, Dual-Trade Electricians, Supervisors, Trades Assistant) servicing the Murdoch laundry linen plant in the Perth metropolitan region - NOT laundry production employees. Underpinned by the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020. AMWU bargaining party. Rates effective 1/09/25 with scheduled +4% (1/09/26) and +3.50% (1/09/27). Hours: 38/wk Mon-Fri 5am-7pm spread.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,282.50 per week ($33.75 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,470.38 per week at the top, across 21 classifications. A few examples:
