Who this agreement covers

Exide Technologies NSW Warehouse (Bankstown DC) - weekly paid assembly and distribution employees covered by the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020. Twelve classification levels (C14-C6) plus C12 specials and Team Leader. All-inclusive hourly rates (leading hand, tool, lead works, tea money and 17.5% leave loading absorbed). 38-hour week worked as 40 hours with 2 hrs banked -> one RDO per month. Casual loading 25%. RDO work paid at double time. Scheduled increases: 3.5% 1 Jul 2026, 4.0% 1 Jul 2027.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,187.12 per week ($31.24 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,901.90 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:
