Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,242.55 per week ($32.70 per hour) at the entry level up to $5,595.87 per week at the top, across 122 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 10 allowances (for example (b) Where uniforms are not laundered at the College expense an allowance of $2.20 per week shall be paid., PAR 2, 14.5.2 Alternatively, by mutual agreement, the employee will be paid an allowance of $1.83 per week in lieu of).
