Italian-owned single-site EBA with dual award incorporation: Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 governs confectionery production (F1-F6 stream); Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 governs maintenance / engineering (C-13 to C-6 stream). 14 classifications across two streams. 38hr/wk day workers, 36hr/wk average for 12-hr shift workers.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,274.52 per week ($33.54 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,363.60 per week at the top, across 14 classifications. A few examples:
