Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,325.02 per week ($34.87 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,870.41 per week at the top, across 18 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 4 allowances (for example Allowance / BREATHING APPARATUS ACCREDITATION ALLOWANCE 42.1 In recognition of employees' Breathing Apparatus Accreditation, employees will be entitled to an allo, Allowance / ADDITIONAL SKILLS ALLOWANCE 41 .1 In recognition of employees' special skills, employees will be entitled to an allowance of $15 per week (as prescrib, Allowance / INCOME PROTECTION Employees covered by this Agreement who have or take out personal income protection insurance will be entitled to seek reimbursemP.n).
