Ford Australia Enterprise Agreement 2025 (Hourly Employees) covers hourly-paid Vehicle Industry Tradespersons (skilled trades - mechanical, electrical, vehicle building/fabrication) and Non-Trade Vehicle Builders / Drivers employed by Ford Motor Company of Australia. With Ford's local vehicle manufacturing closed in 2016, the covered population is now concentrated at the Asia Pacific Product Development Centre - Geelong R&D and the You Yangs Proving Ground (test/evaluation of vehicles & components), Broadmeadows offices.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,394.40 per week ($36.69 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,096.65 per week at the top, across 21 classifications. A few examples:
