Fulton Hogan Industries Pty Ltd NT Business Unit - asphalt paving, seal, road construction and maintenance in the Northern Territory and interstate projects. 6 classification levels x 2 skill groups (except Entry-I and L6-I which are standalone). 3-year agreement with +4% Year 1 (~Jan 2025), +3% Year 2 (Dec 2025), +3% Year 3 (Dec 2026). 38 hrs/wk ordinary averaged over 28 days; ADOs accrue at 0.05 hrs/ordinary hr (max 76 hrs). Afternoon shift and night work both attract 50% loading on ordinary hours; OT on either = 2.0x.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,132.87 per week ($29.81 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,620.78 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
