Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $820.42 per week ($21.59 per hour) at the entry level up to $934.65 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 9 allowances (for example 16.10.4. Where the employer requires an employee to maintain a mobile phone (smart phone) / 16.1 0.5. An additional allowance of $1.00 per hour will be paid to employees working where there is a likelihood of encountering soiled linen or other biohazards is identified and, 7. On call / (b) The allowance will be $38.02 in respeel ofany other 24 hour period or pari/hereof, or any public holiday or part thereof, 5. Heat allowance; 46 degrees Celsius employees will be enlitled to 20 minules res/ after eve1y two; 6.
