Who this agreement covers

GRC Buxton Pty Ltd construction workforce in Victoria, covered by the CFMEU Vic Construction pattern agreement. Reproduces the Vic Construction Award rate ladder: 4 Trades grades (CW3-CW5), 3 Labourer grades (CW1-CW3), 2 Crane Crew grades (CW5/CW7), 7 Plant Operator grades (PCW1-PCW7), and 14 apprentice tiers across Carpenter/Joiner, Bricklayer and Painter trades. Rates from Appendix B SECTION 3 'From 1st Pay Period beginning on/after 1 February 2026' (current floor 2026-05-12; next column SECTION 4 lands 1 February 2027). 36hr ordinary week with RDO accrual.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $715.34 per week ($19.87 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,535.12 per week at the top, across 36 classifications. A few examples:
