Who this agreement covers

Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) — administrative/operational employee EA. CPSU bargaining rep. **Stewards covered separately**. 6-grade structure × multiple levels (Grade 1.1 to Grade 6). **Grade 6 = no OT entitlement** (bonus in lieu). Technical Stream (B.2) and Professional Officers (B.3) paid no less than 105% of Award base salary. **13 Sundays/PHs per year as part of normal rostered hours** (racing schedule). AL loading 17.5% CAPPED at Grade 4.4 salary level. 4 annual increases of 3% each.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,027.37 per week ($27.04 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,802.79 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
