The Australian Workers' Union (AWU). Per cl 1.2(c) Hanson acknowledges the AWU intends to give s.183(1) notice when this agreement is made. Per FWCA decision para [4], the AWU lodged a Form F18 statutory declaration giving notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it; Commissioner Crawford noted the Agreement covers the AWU in accordance with s.201(2). The Schedule 3 AWU signatory block is left blank at execution (25 September 2023) - a paperwork artefact only; the AWU F18 covers the Agreement statutorily.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,164.94 per week ($30.66 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,605.73 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
