The Australian Workers' Union (AWU). Per cl 4.3 Hanson acknowledged the AWU's intent to give s.183(1) notice when the agreement is made. Per FWCA decision para [6], the AWU lodged a Form F18 statutory declaration giving notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it; DP Roberts noted under s.201(2) that the Agreement covers the AWU. The Schedule 3 AWU signatory block is left blank (no signature, date, capacity or address) - paperwork artefact only; the AWU s.183 notice covers the Agreement statutorily.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,200.41 per week ($31.59 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,600.55 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
