Single-site NSW hard-rock quarry enterprise agreement covering employees engaged at Kulnura Quarry on the NSW Central Coast (between Gosford and the Hawkesbury). Hanson Australia is a major concrete and aggregate producer, part of the global Heidelberg Materials group (formerly HeidelbergCement). Kulnura Quarry produces crushed-rock aggregates for civil and construction markets in NSW via drilling, blasting, crushing, screening and load-out operations.

The Australian Workers' Union (AWU). Per cl 1.2(c) Hanson acknowledges the AWU intends to give s.183(1) notice when this agreement is made. Per FWCA decision para [3] the AWU, being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, gave notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants to be covered by the Agreement; in accordance with s.201(2) Deputy President Boyce noted the Agreement covers this organisation. The Schedule 3 AWU signatory block is left blank at execution (23 October 2023) - a paperwork artefact only; the AWU s.183 notice covers the Agreement statutorily.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,164.83 per week ($30.65 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,605.58 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
