Transport Workers' Union (TWU). Per FWCA decision para [8] the TWU as bargaining representative gave notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it; Commissioner Lim notes per s.201(2) that the TWU is covered by the Agreement. Per cl 1 the parties intended that upon approval of this Agreement by Fair Work Australia, the TWU would be party to the Agreement. This TWU coverage is DIFFERENT from sibling Hanson NSW/Vic quarry EBAs (AE521900 Brandy Hill, AE525495 Melb Metro Aggregates, AE526038 Clarence Quarry, AE529457 Heidelberg Bass Point) which are AWU coverage - this WA Hanson Metropolitan Quarry agreement is consistent with AE507161 Hanson WA Agitator Drivers (also TWU-WA Branch).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,222.74 per week ($32.18 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,762.85 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
