Transport Workers' Union of Australia. Per FWCA para [3] the TWU was a bargaining representative for the Agreement and gave notice under s.183 of the FW Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it; per s.201(2) the Agreement covers the TWU. Schedule One signature pages (pp 25-28) show two Hanson signatories (WA Metro Aggregates Supply Chain Manager + WA Country Operations Manager), the WA-state TWU branch (signed at Yokine WA), and the TWU National Office. Cl 20 provides 5 days p.a. paid Delegates Leave per delegate; cl 21 provides paid quarterly 30-min yard meetings for TWU access.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,079.61 per week ($28.41 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,552.76 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
