The Australian Workers' Union NSW Branch. Per cl 3 the AWU NSW Branch is named as a party bound to the Agreement. Per FWCA decision para [3] the AWU, as a bargaining representative for the Agreement, gave notice under s.183 of the Fair Work Act 2009 that it wants to be covered by the Agreement; DP Boyce noted under s.201(2) that the Agreement covers the AWU. The Schedule 1 / signatory page shows the AWU signatory block left blank at execution (signed by Heidelberg Materials Pty Ltd 20 June 2025; AWU witness initials only on the employee-witness slot) - the AWU F18 s.183 notice covers the Agreement statutorily.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,229.33 per week ($32.35 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,881.24 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
