Construction-painters penalty pattern: Sat 150/200, Sun 200, PH 250 (casual variants 175/225/275). Company supplies all tools so no tool allowance. Distinctive scaffold/abseil/toxic/EWP boom allowances reflect commercial-repaint trade. ACIRT $31.90/wk redundancy fund for post-approval permanents. Year 1 rates encoded (5% increase); Years 2-4 indexed by CPI on FWC approval anniversaries (not encoded).
