Single-enterprise agreement for Hobart District Nursing Service Inc trading as The District Nurses (TDN), a Tasmanian community nursing provider. Single base wage table with two streams (Enrolled Nurse L1-L3, Registered Nurse L1-L5), each level having two pay points (3-yr FT progression or 5,472 hr equivalent). 38 hr/wk for day workers and shift workers; max 8 hr/day ordinary. 25% casual loading. Day-worker OT 150/200/250 (M-Sat/Sun/PH). Shift-worker OT 200% all hours outside ordinary shift. Saturday 150%, Sunday 200%, PH 250%.
