Huon Contractors' ACT/NSW civil construction workforce under a non-union (employee-representative) enterprise agreement. 14 classifications across the Construction Worker ladder (CW1a, CW1b, CW1c, CW1d, CW2, CW3, CW4, CW5) plus a 6-step apprentice ladder for Huon Apprentice Levels: HAL1/2/3 (Year 12 completed or 21+ at signing) and HAL1 Jnr/2 Jnr/3 Jnr (under 21, no Year 12). Apprentice disciplines: Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction / Plant Operations / Pipe Laying). Base Rate is inclusive of the Award Industry Allowance and Leave Loading (Appendix A footer).

Full-time pay runs from $739.86 per week ($19.47 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,553.82 per week at the top, across 14 classifications. A few examples:
