Who this agreement covers

Huon Regional Care General Staff EA 2026 (SUCCESSOR to AE516330) covers general-staff employees of Huon Regional Care, a Tasmanian regional aged/home-care provider. Adopts the post-2024/2025 Aged Care Award direct-care restructure: three streams - Aged care general employee L1-7 ($28.31-$34.80/hr), Aged care employee DIRECT CARE L1-6 ($32.94-$41.10/hr), and Home care employee L1-6 ($33.04-$41.83/hr).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,075.94 per week ($28.31 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,589.59 per week at the top, across 19 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
