Who this agreement covers

IFM Services (a Sodexo Australia subsidiary) covers catering, cleaning, facilities management, maintenance, mine site, bussing, aviation and related FIFO services at WA mining and resource sites (plus Newmont Tanami NT; excludes Rio Tinto Argyle and Rio Tinto Pilbara Iron Ore). 22 classifications across 6 streams: Housekeeping, Village Services, Catering, Transport, Aviation, and Trades Maintenance. Dual compensation model: Schedule 2 Base Hourly Rates + Schedule 3a/3b/3c penalty and overtime loadings, OR Schedule 5a/5b Annualised Wages with penalties, overtime, and leave loading rolled in.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $990.51 per week ($26.07 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,492.50 per week at the top, across 26 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 10 allowances (for example Broken Shift Allowance (3+ hour break), Laundry Allowance, Early Penalty (Mon-Fri midnight to 7am)).
