Indie Education multi-school workforce - General Employees and Teachers. 13 classification levels (L1-L8 General progression, L9-L10 Teacher entry per qualification, L11 Teacher max, L12 HALT, L13 Head of Schools). Rates from Schedule B.5 '2026' column (current floor; next +2.5% lands 1 February 2027). Hourly rates include 1.4% Leave Loading and Uniform Allowance.

Full-time pay runs from $1,182.00 per week ($31.52 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,274.88 per week at the top, across 13 classifications. A few examples:
