Who this agreement covers

Covers Inghams Enterprises Lisarow (NSW) processing and distribution facility employees. Six levels (Level 1 new starter through Level 6 senior). Rates from 31 August 2025. FT weekly and casual hourly are both published explicitly in Annexure A and taken as authoritative; FT weekly bakes in approximately 3.85% for paid public holidays.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,063.09 per week ($27.98 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,231.55 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
