Inghams Enterprises (Prestons) AMIEU & UWU EA 2023 covers warehouse / distribution employees at the Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 20 008 447 345) distribution centre, Bernera Road, Prestons NSW, within the scope of the Poultry Processing Award 2020 (MA000089). Excludes management, maintenance and clerical/administrative employees (except admin tasks defined in the classifications). 5 classifications (Annexure A Table 1, 5 June 2025 column): Level 1 Entry first-3-months $1,186.474/wk, Level 2 Non-Forklift Ticketed Labour $1,190.869, Level 3 MHE/Racking $1,223.531, Level 4 Trailer load/unload + Forklift $1,252.432, Level 5 Senior/Supervisor capacity $1,271.742.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,186.47 per week ($31.22 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,271.74 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
