Who this agreement covers

Inghams Berrima Feedmill (NSW) - AMIEU-covered poultry feedmill operations. 4 classifications (Level 1 First 6 Months, Level 2 Utility, Level 3 Mill Operator, Level 4 Shift Miller). Column 2 wage period (1 Oct 2025 +3%) is current effective today 2026-04-30 until 1 Oct 2026 (+3% Column 3). 38hr week. **20% casual loading** (lower than typical 25%). Saturday 150% ordinary, Sunday 200%, PH 250% first 2hrs / 300% thereafter (FT/PT) or 250% all hours (casual). OT 150%/200% (3hr min Saturday). Shift allowances are flat $/shift not %, included as allowance entries.

Full-time pay runs from $1,029.34 per week ($27.09 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,409.89 per week at the top, across 4 classifications. A few examples:
