Inghams Enterprises (Ingleburn) and AMIEU EA 2025 covers production employees at the Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 20 008 447 345) Ingleburn processing plant, 6 Benson Road, Ingleburn NSW, within the scope of the Poultry Processing Award 2020 (MA000074). Excludes management, clerical and maintenance employees. 7 classifications (Annexure A Table 1): Grade 1 New Employee <3mo $25.55/hr, Grade 2 New Employee 3-9mo $27.47/hr, then Level 1 Point of Entry $30.46/hr, Level 2 $31.29/hr, Level 3 $32.08/hr, Level 4 $32.82/hr, Level 5 $33.52/hr.

Full-time pay runs from $997.50 per week ($26.25 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,273.76 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
