Who this agreement covers

Inghams Enterprises (Victorian Hatcheries) Enterprise Agreement 2026 covers all employees of Inghams at its Victorian Hatcheries in Pakenham (excluding administrative/clerical employees and hatchery managers), within the scope of the PASTORAL Award 2020 (MA000035) - note this differs from the sibling Inghams processing plants, which sit under the Poultry Processing Award 2020. Classifications: Hatchery Worker Level 1 (PW1) to Level 5 (Hatchery Supervisor), Level 3 covering the same-rate Skilled Hatchery Worker and Farm Transporter sub-classes.
