Who this agreement covers

Insignia Financial group enterprise agreement covering all non-Executive employees of Insignia Financial Ltd, IOOF Service Co, IOOF Investment Management, MLC Wealth, Bridges Financial Services Group, and Shadforth Financial Group. 7-level classification ladder (C General Manager top through I Intern). Compensation = annual Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR = Base Salary + super) per classification, with min/max ranges. KEY MODEL POINT: Two-tier OT structure - employees with FTE TFR at/below the FTE TFR Threshold ($133,900 from 1 July 2025; rises 3% annually) are entitled to OT Rates per clause 34.
