This page lists the pay rates in the ISS Facility Services Australia enterprise agreement (AE525321). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. The rates below are the agreement minimums; overtime, penalties and allowances can lift what you actually take home.
ISS Facility Services East Pilbara covers catering, cleaning, kitchen, front-office, gardening, security, and guest-services staff at remote Pilbara mining-camp sites. 5 classification levels (Utility, Cook, Cook/tradesperson, Supervisor, Head Chef) plus 4 apprentice cook tiers as percentages of Level 4. Penalty and OT rates standard hospitality pattern; Mon-Fri evening / early-morning hours attract $/hr loadings encoded as allowances. Rates indexed to Hospitality Industry (General) Award AWR (currently +3.5% above clause 20.1; next adjustment 1 July 2026).

Full-time pay runs from $637.03 per week ($16.76 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,189.02 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:
