Single-enterprise agreement covering Mon-Sun rostered operations with shift work, ADO system (13 ADOs/yr), and a comprehensive support-services classification structure (Skill Levels 1-11 across Food Services, General Services, Technical/Clinical/Personal Care streams). 38 ordinary hrs/week.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $695.50 per week ($18.30 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,413.50 per week at the top, across 52 classifications. A few examples:
