Who this agreement covers

ISS Brisbane Airport Aviation Security EA 2024 covers ISS Security Pty Ltd Employees at Brisbane Airport (International + Domestic terminals and associated landside/airside security zones) performing Screening Work, Security Work and Customer Service Work. 10-level Schedule A ladder (L3+L4 'Not used'): Customer Service Officer L1/L2; Aviation Protection Officer Screening L5/L6 (xray, WTMD, body scanner, ETD, HHMD, CBS, ASIP vehicle access); APO Security L5/L6 (numbered alongside; vehicle/foot patrols, traffic control); Active Surveillance Officer L7/L8 (CCTV, remote access control); Team Leader L9; Supervisor L10.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,169.26 per week ($30.77 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,396.12 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
