Discovery Early Learning Centres (DELC), trading name of J&L Enterprises Pty Ltd, is a Tasmanian ECEC operator. The Agreement covers Education and Care Services Employees (ECSE) - educators, Diploma educators, ECT teachers, assistant directors and centre directors - and Education Support Staff (ESS) - kitchen, maintenance, grounds, cleaning, admin and chef roles. RATES: from Schedule 2 (Pay Schedule), column 'Ordinary Rate' (1 July 2024 Draft); casual rates from 'Casual Staff' column (= ordinary x 1.26).

Full-time pay runs from $1,004.72 per week ($26.44 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,822.10 per week at the top, across 58 classifications. A few examples:
