Trade Yr 1 floor $38.50/hr → Yr 4 $45.00/hr. 8-hr minimum OT payment on RDO/weekend/PH. NES inconsistencies flagged on compassionate leave and annual leave loading on termination — NES prevails.

Full-time pay runs from $826.20 per week ($22.95 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,620.00 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:
