Gold Coast QLD joinery contractor — CFMEU applicant agreement (made WITH CFMEU per s.53(2)(b)). **Multi-Award incorporation**: Building & Construction General On-Site Award 2020 + Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2020 + Joinery and Building Trades Award 2020. CW1-CW8 skill ladder with 5-column 5% annual indexation. CW5 covers specialty trades (Refractory Bricklayer, Carver, Special Class Dogman with 12+ months experience). CW6 = Trainer designation. CW1-CW4 rates INCLUDE all-purpose Industry/Tool allowances. Apprentice tools $600 min supplied by Employer in first year.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,972.08 per week ($54.78 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,307.96 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
