EWRP on-payment agreement for Little Legends Early Learning Centre. **Primary purpose**: facilitate on-payment of the Commonwealth Government's Early Childhood Education and Care Worker Retention Payment (EWRP) to employees as wage subsidy. Wages = Award minimum + EWRP top-up (10% CS Award employees / 15% EST Award teachers). **Both Children's Services Award + Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 INCORPORATED**. Parallel classifications: numerical levels (CS Award) + 'A' series (EST Award ECT). Per Full Bench [2024] FWCFB 461.

Full-time pay runs from $1,002.06 per week ($26.37 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,730.52 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
