Komatsu earthmoving equipment sales/service/parts (Sydney). K1-K8 skill ladder: K1 non-trade through K5 Tradesperson (post-trade experience progression) → K6/K7 Field Service → K8 Leading Hand. Annual wage increases 5% / 4% / 3% (K1 incorporates absorbed $0.29 from removed Incentive Bonus). Backpay to 1 Apr 2025. AMWU is party. Mine Site / Waste / Tunnel hourly allowances $5/hr. On-Call $350/wk for 24/7 Field Service. Junior + Adult apprentice scales (Adult starts at ~Yr 3 junior rate).

Full-time pay runs from $1,542.04 per week ($40.58 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,067.96 per week at the top, across 8 classifications. A few examples:
