Who this agreement covers

KONE Elevators Victoria single-enterprise agreement covering construction, installation, modernisation and service/maintenance of lifts and escalators. Common wage schedule (Appendix 3) applies to BOTH Construction (Part C) and Service (Part D) streams; rate footer confirms the hourly rate includes electrical/mechanical licence, test & tag, lift industry and tool allowances. 36 hr/wk over a 10-day/2-week cycle with a tenth-day RDO. Casual loading 25%. VIC penalty pattern: Construction OT all double time (Sat/Sun/outside spread/beyond 8 hr); Service OT 1.5x first 2 hrs / 2x after on Sat until 12pm and outside spread (transitions to flat double-time from 1 Jan 2028); Sunday double time; all PH triple time.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $917.64 per week ($25.49 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,839.32 per week at the top, across 23 classifications. A few examples:
